Hi, I’m Mari(j)a.
I help businesses bridge the gap between traditional SEO and AI-driven discovery – identifying what’s actually holding their visibility back and building a plan that addresses it in the right order.
How I Got Here
Nearly five years across very different markets – from scaling an affiliate site to nearly 286K monthly visitors, to managing SEO for local businesses in New Zealand, to working with digital agencies across the UK and US – taught me how to spot what’s broken fast, prioritize what matters for growth, and build strategies that hold up under pressure.
But over the past year, the ground has shifted. AI-generated answers, personalized search, LLMs synthesizing content instead of linking to it – so I started training in AI search optimization, studying how these models source and recommend web content, and integrating that into the SEO frameworks I already work with.
I believe the professionals who understand both the traditional foundations and this new AI layer are the ones their clients will actually need going forward.
That’s the approach I’m building every strategy around.
